You’re Not Late
How the feminine body teaches us we are always right on time.
I used to always think I was behind. And sometimes I still do.
Behind in healing. Behind in building. Behind in becoming.
I’d scroll past women who felt so there—and feel the ache of being here.
Still healing. Still waiting. Still wondering if something was wrong with me for taking so long.
But the body doesn’t rush.
Nature doesn’t rush.
And healing—true, feminine, soul-deep healing—doesn’t happen on a clock.
It happens in layers.
In rhythms.
In cycles.
You are not late.
You are arriving.
Where Does “Late” Even Come From?
“Late” is a concept created by a linear world.
Productivity. Metrics. Milestones. Milestones. Milestones.
But the feminine path isn’t linear.
It spirals.
You revisit old truths, shed new skins, loop back to a deeper version of what you thought you already knew.
You slow down. Speed up. Pause again. Shift course. Rest.
It’s not regression.
It’s integration.
And if the timeline looks different than what the world expected of you…
That’s not a problem.
That’s your sovereignty.
Your Body Is Already On Time
Biologically, your system is built for rhythm—not rush.
Your nervous system unfolds its safety in layers, not at once.
Your hormones follow a monthly rhythm, not a daily productivity curve.
Your gut repairs while you rest, not while you push.
Your heart opens when it feels safe, not when you think it “should.”
Even plant medicine respects this.
Psychedelics don’t force you to meet your healing.
They wait for your body to say yes.
And if you’re not ready, they’ll show you that too.
Not to punish—but to protect.
Trust that if something hasn’t happened yet, it’s not a sign you’re behind.
It’s a sign your system is still preparing you to hold it.
The Medicine of Delay
Not getting what you want when you want it?
That’s not always blockage. Sometimes it’s grace.
It’s the unseen orchestration that says:
“You’re not ready to receive this in the way it’s meant to land.”
“There’s something deeper you need to learn in the pause.”
“When it arrives, it will feel effortless—and you won’t have to fight to keep it.”
The feminine doesn’t manifest from force.
She manifests from magnetic readiness.
And readiness takes time.
Not just spiritual time—nervous system time.
Hormonal time.
Cellular time.
Earth time.
If you’re in the season of pause, of not-yet, of slow unfolding:
Don’t rush to fill the space.
Let it soften you.
Let it deepen your breath.
Let it teach you that love and meaning are not reserved for the after. They exist here too.
Your pace isn’t a problem.
Your readiness isn’t a flaw.
Your slower unfolding doesn’t make you less radiant.
It makes you in tune.
You’re not behind.
You’re just on a timeline no one else can see.
Your healing, your love, your voice, your glow-up, your becoming—it’s all in motion, even when it looks still.
So take a breath.
Let go of the made-up timeline.
Feel into your own.
It’s wiser than you think.
And it’s right. on. time.
With grace,
M
